16.4 Fat-Proxy Challenge October 2022
Over the years there has been a difficulty in keeping students engaged during weekly tutorials. Therefore we instead decided to host a workshop over a single Saturday. Here we took students through the whole process of installing, running and editing their own code running on the fat proxy platform in the MSL labs. Afterwhich, there was a hackethon style coding session where teams of students could develop their own strategies in order to compete and take home some prizes. The event was overall an amazing success, one we look forward to running in the future.
