13.2 Tutorial 1
This tutorial serves as a basic introduction into some of the main aspects that you should understand first before progressing to more complex behaviours. Here we look to start from scratch with the base UTAustinVilla Codebase and implement some basic functions. This tutorial contains:
- Utilising BEAM function and how it relates to PlayModes
- Get basic information regarding the state of the game and the currrent agent
- Implement handling for different PlayModes
- Implement Datastructures and functions to determine Player distances from ball
- Demonstrate the use of RoboViz drawing feature
